Приведены сведения о технологии поликристаллического кремния, получаемого по технологии водородного восстановления хлоридных соединений кремния. Основное внимание уделено технологии кремниевых прутков-подложек для последующего осаждения на них кремния.В монографии развит новый подход к решению научной задачи по выявлению причин и разработке способов предотвращения механического разрушения кремниевых стержней в процессе осаждения поликристаллического кремния. Выполненный в рамках теории упругости анализ напряжённого состояния кремниевого стержня показал, что сумма напряжений сжатия под действием веса наращиваемого слоя поликристаллического кремния и термоупругих напряжений, возникающих в кремниевом стержне в процессе водородного восстановления трихлорсилана, ниже предела прочности кремния, поэтому они сами по себе не приводят к разрушению стержня. Приведены практические пути усовершенствования технологии с целью повышения характеристик конечной продукции. Для исследователей, технологов, преподавателей, аспирантов и студентов.
