This is in my humble opinion the ONLY book about breaking (tameshiwari) that is worth reading. It is extremely comprehensive and covers just about everything you need to know (and more). The only drawback I can see is that it is 100% in Danish, so the audience is pretty much limited to those who understand Danish.
