A concise book on the latest research focusing on problems and challenges in the areas of data transmission technology, computer algorithms, AI-based devices, computer technology, and their solutions. The book provides a comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art research work on cognitive models in communication systems and computing techniques. It also bridges the gap between various communication systems and solutions by providing the current models and computing techniques, their applications, the strengths and limitations of the existing methods, and the future directions in this area. The contributors showcase their latest research work focusing on the issues, challenges, and solutions in the field of data transmission techniques, computational algorithms, artificial intelligence (AI)-based devices, and computing techniques.

A complementary metal–oxide semiconductor (CMOS) less-energy receiver baseband analog (BBA) Base band analog continuous analog circuit design found on irregular filter and level of the gain is described. The most effective allocation of the gain, noise figure (NF), and the input-referred third-order intercept point (IIP3) of every block was carried out to decrease utilization of power by using the specified guidelines of the analog block. The BBA receiver strip was manufactured on 0.18-µm CMOS generation and 30 dB of IIP3 with 55 dB of gain, and 31 dB of NF was acquired at energy utilization of 4.86 mW. It was used to decrease the consumption of power. The use of the Miller capacitance in the receiver BBA improved the phase margin for the operational amplifier (op-amp). This circuit was designed with micrometer CMOS generation with good gain and NF, which is very useful in communication systems.

A transmitter circuit based on complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) is regular knowledge. It operates through a European band of 863–873 MHz used for wireless sensor applications. Here, the binary frequency shift keying (BFSK) modulator is combined using the present transmitter. It uses the frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) and is developed for a small variety of wireless applications and also for renovation mixers and energy amplifiers. In this document, two significant blocks are discussed: a voltage-controlled ring oscillator (VCO) and an original synthesizing design for a direct translation transmitter based on simple CMOS inverters.

Readers will find in this succinctly written and unique book:

Topics covering the applications of advanced cognitive devices, models, architecture, and techniques.
A range of case studies and applications that will provide readers with the tools to apply cutting-edge models and algorithms.
In-depth information about new cognitive computing models and conceptual frameworks and their implementation.

Audience:
The book is designed for researchers and electronics engineers, computer science engineers, industrial engineers, and mechanical engineers (both in academia and industry) working in the fields of machine learning, cognitive computing, mobile communication, and wireless network system.
